At Luxury Watch Company, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your timepiece, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid insured shipping label.

  Secure Your Timepiece

  Place the watch in its original presentation box, including all protective films, warranty cards, manuals, and any complimentary accessories provided at purchase.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your shipping carton and drop it off at any authorized courier location; our labels include full insurance to protect your investment during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our master watchmakers will inspect the piece for authenticity and condition before issuing a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
